To ensure order fulfillment and establish contact with the client depending on the method of order registration, the company collects the following personal data.

1.5 Customer's rights related to the processing of Personal Data.
The Customer has the right to view and edit the Personal Data collected by the Company: To exercise this right, the latter can contact the Company by the phone number or electronic mail specified in the Agreements. After receiving the message or call, the Company usually processes the Personal Data of the Customer within 10 (ten) working days. However, in some cases, when there is incorrect information in the Agreements, the Customer has the right to request to correct them within 5 (five) working days, at no additional cost. The Customer also has the right to request the Company to stop processing their Personal Data if the reasons for processing Personal Data have been exhausted and the Company has no legal grounds or offered services to use them: Upon termination of the Subscription, the Customer's data can be stored for another 1 (one) year:

2. General Terms of Sale and Delivery
2.1 Disputes between Parties involved in the Customer and Order Fulfillment Process
As soon as the company receives an order, it immediately transfers its corresponding division for distribution. If for any reason delivery cannot be arranged, the company promptly informs the customer about it.
After transferring the responsibility for distribution, if the order is not delivered, the company establishes contact with the customer by providing their data.
According to the terms of delivery, the company provides the customer with a connection to the courier for the order's delivery or informs them about it.
The company bears responsibility for the quality, accuracy, and other qualitative characteristics of the order. Additionally, the company is responsible for informing the customer about the delay in delivery or failure to fulfill the order.
In any case, the company has the right not to provide services to certain individuals without any additional explanation from its side.
2.2 Online Payment
When registering an order on the website, after making an online payment, the company immediately transfers its division for distribution. The payment will only be refunded if the company's division states that the order cannot be properly prepared.

The company does not accept responsibility for the non-performance of the services provided by its side without any additional explanation.
2.3 Refund of Overpaid Amount
Refunds for online payments made with bank cards are processed within 5 working days. Refunds for online payments made with IDram are processed within 3 working days.
The refund of overpaid amounts for online orders or changes in their value is made in the manner in which the payment was made. Refunds are not allowed for online paid orders. Cash refunds are possible only with cash payment.
2.4 Complaints
Customer complaints can be submitted verbally by calling 011222040 or in writing by emailing am-team@mina.am or by mail to the company's address.
2.5 Messages and Unsolicited Messages (Spam)
If the Customer is registered on the Website, they may periodically receive messages from the company. The customer can unsubscribe from receiving these messages by clicking the "Unsubscribe" button located in the received message, after which they will no longer receive messages from the Company. The only message that the customer will receive from the company will be the order confirmation message.
2.6 Order Value
Despite the fact that updates on the Website are made daily, depending on the specific day, there may be changes in the offered assortment and prices, as well as the removal of certain items from the Website.
The company does not take responsibility for any discrepancies in the customer's expectations regarding additional financial obligations or for other complaints from the Customer.
2.8 Copyright Protection
All information on the website, including but not limited to the website design, audio recordings, texts, graphic images, logos, software, belongs to the company, or the company has the corresponding license or other proprietary basis for their use. These intellectual property objects are protected by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

The company is not responsible for technical failures on the website.
